ROLLER CONVEYOR

They are manufactured as galvanized or rubber coated according to their intended use. Although they are usually produced as aluminum construction, they can also be produced as painted steel construction according to the needs. The movement is transmitted to the rollers by means of a redactor motor with a transmission chain or bottom friction belt. It is an ideal conveyor system for product transports, assembly lines, on a flat surface, cardboard packaging or on styrofoam. If different band speeds are desired, the speeds can be adjusted with the frequency inverter. By making an accumulation system, the product can be stopped at the desired point with the pneumatic stoppers placed in the assembly lines according to the product ranges. Turning units or 90° Transfer Units can be mounted inside the conveyor by making use of the spacing of the rolls.
